In recent years, we have specialised in coating a wide range of components.
We carry out various coating processes and types of layer application. Behind every coating, there is a concrete customer requirement.
In most cases, we pre-treat the respective components beforehand. With degreasing, washing, sandblasting
etc., the surfaces to be coated are prepared optimally and as requested.
Especially in the area of preparation (sandblasting + coating) for rubber-metal joints, we are able to draw on an enormous treasure trove of experience.
We base the coating process on the client’s specifications and the relevant application purpose.
The various initial states of the coating materials (liquid / solution / solid) determine which process is used.
We apply the materials to the components by dipping, with brushes, rollers, sprays, thermal spraying and phosphating.
